随着时代的发展,人们生活节奏的加快,当前的教育环境也随之发生变化。文章针对开放式环境进行研究,探究开放式环境下教学过程的变化,并对开放式环境下教师绩效评价进行分析讨论,提出开放式环境下的教师的绩效评价指标体系。开放式教学告别了传统的教学方式,加强了学生和教师的交流和互动,鼓励学生在学习过程中充分展现自主意识,进一步优化其思维能力和学习质量,有利于我国教育事业的发展。
The Teaching Process and Teacher Performance Evaluation Index System of High Schools in an Open Teaching Environment
With the development of the times and the acceleration of people's pace of life,the current educational environment has also undergone changes.The article conducts research on open environments,explores the changes in teaching processes in open environments,analyzes and discusses teacher performance evaluation in open environments,and proposes a performance evaluation index system for teachers in open environments.Open teaching bids farewell to traditional teaching methods,strengthens communication and interaction between students and teachers,encourages students to fully demonstrate their autonomy in the learning process,further optimizes their thinking ability and learning quality,and is conducive to the development of China's education industry.
