摘要
构建成熟的专业学位研究生培养体系是近年来航空航天领域相关院校工程教育的重要改革方向.文章调研了国内外航空航天类高校人才培养模式,分析当前培养的现状与不足,从"优化培养方案、构筑产教融合育人共同体、打造国际合作硕博士联培项目,三维度提出专业学位研究生多元协同培养的思考,以期对提升专业学位研究生培养质量有一定的启示作用.
Abstract
Building mature cultivation system for professional degree postgraduate is an important reform direction for engineering education in aerospace educational institutions.The article investigates cultivation mode of the aerospace universities.By analyzing the common problems in the training process,a new cultivation mode is proposed from three aspects:optimizing training scheme,building integrated education and industry community,and creating international joint training projects.The aim is to provide some inspiration for improving the quality of professional degree postgraduate majoring in aerospace.
