In order to strengthen teaching management and establish a mechanism for ensuring teaching quality,this article takes the traditional Chinese medicine treatment technology course as an example to explore the application of PDCA theory in the teaching of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation technology courses.Plan is the process of determining course teaching objectives and developing course teaching plans based on professional training objectives;Implementation(Do)refers to the actual teaching operation of the curriculum,achieving the goals of talent cultivation and the content of the curriculum teaching plan;Check is the result of checking the actual execution based on teaching objectives and plans;Action is the process of handling the actual teaching situation being checked.After a round of PDCA cycle,students have significantly improved their grades in this course compared to the previous one.
