Analysis of the Construction Issues in"Three Assessments,Three Improvements"Assessment and Evaluation of Vocational College Ideological and Political Courses under the OBE Philosophy
Ideological and political courses play a pivotal role in universities, carrying the crucial mission of implementing the task of cultivating virtue and nurturing individuals with a soul-shaping purpose.A comprehensive and objective assessment is of paramount importance in examining teaching quality.Currently, the evaluation of ideological and political courses primarily relies on students'classroom performance, emphasizing the knowledge dimension and lacking evaluations on abstract aspects such as core competencies. To adapt to the demands of talent development in the new era,a"Three Assessments,Three Improvements"assessment reform framework based on the Outcome-Based Education(OBE)philosophy is proposed.Through the"Three Assessments"of the evaluation process, evaluation results, and evaluation outcomes, along with the"Three Improvements"involving the main body, methods, and approaches of reform, the aim is to enhance learning effectiveness and cultivate students'qualities and skills.
