With the rapid development of information technology and the deepening of higher education,university libraries play an increasingly important role in teachers'teaching,scientific research,lifelong learning and continuous growth.In order to better meet the growing needs of teachers and improve the service quality and efficiency of university libraries,this paper summarizes the current situation of university libraries'service to teachers through literature investigation and literature analysis,and points out the existing problems and challenges in the service of university libraries.Finally,from the four aspects of personalized service,digital transformation,resource management and procurement strategy,communication and exchange,this paper puts forward some suggestions to optimize and innovate the service work of university library.Through the research of this paper,we hope to provide some ideas and suggestions for the improvement of the service work of university library,and expand and deepen the breadth and depth of university library service teachers.
