文章围绕H职业大学的实践发展历程,梳理职业本科院校在"双师型"教师队伍建设中存在的问题。基于此,文章探寻提升职本院校"双师型"教师队伍建设质量的优化路径:落实教师准入机制,拓宽引才渠道;畅通校企融通渠道,构建校企混编教师团队;研判"双师"特点,推行"双师"资格分级认定;聚焦教师职业能力,搭建全方位多层次培训体系;创设多元化政策制度,激发教师自我提升内驱力;等等。
A Study on the Construction of"Double Qualified"Teacher Teams in Vocational Undergraduate Colleges——A Case Study of H Vocational University
The study focuses on the practical development process of H Vocational University,and identifies the problems existing in the construction of"double qualified"teacher teams in vocational undergraduate colleges.Based on this,explore the optimization path to improve the quality of the construction of the"double qualified"teaching team in vocational colleges:implement the teacher admission mechanism,broaden talent introduction channels;Smooth the integration channels between schools and enterprises,and build a mixed teacher team between schools and enterprises;Analyze the characteristics of"double qualified"and promote the classification and recognition of"double qualified"qualifications;Focusing on the professional abilities of teachers,building a comprehensive and multi-level training system;Establishing diversified policy systems to stimulate teachers'self-improvement and internal drive.
