新时代高职英语教师专业发展路径研究

摘要
新时代大背景对高职英语教师专业发展提出了重大挑战,对此,高职英语教师需要具备综合的英语语言能力、职业知识和教育技能,还应积极融入现代教育技术,不断提升自身的教学方法和教育研究能力.文章从整合教育资源、深化信息化教学理念、树立职业教育信念、优化师资培养模式等方面创新高职英语教师专业发展模式,以期适应未来高职教育的发展趋势.
Abstract
The new era poses significant challenges to the professional development of vocational English teachers.In response to this,vocational English teachers need to possess comprehensive English language abilities,professional knowledge,and educational skills.They should also actively integrate modem educational technology and continuously improve their teaching methods and educational research abilities.This article innovates the professional development model of vocational English teachers from the aspects of integrating educational resources,deepening the concept of information-based teaching,establishing vocational education beliefs,and optimizing teacher training models,in order to adapt to the future development trend of vocational education.
