摘要
目前部分大学生党员存在能力不足、党员角色认知度低、理想信念不坚定等现状,需要积极发挥大学生党员在思想价值引领方面的作用,搭建交流平台,锤炼大学生党员群体的党性修养.文章从新时代大学生党员思想价值引领的现实意义出发,分析制约大学生党员思想价值引领的主要因素,提出以理论滋养初心、夯实基层组织建设、善用新媒体手段、搭建互动交流平台等强化大学生思想价值引领的实践路径.
Abstract
At present,some college student party members have insufficient abilities,low awareness of party member roles,and weak ideals and beliefs.It is necessary to actively play the role of college student party members in guiding ideological values,build communication platforms,and cultivate the party spirit of the college student party member group.Starting from the practical significance of guiding the ideological value of college student party members in the new era,this article analyzes the main factors that constrain the ideological value guidance of college student party members,and proposes practical paths to strengthen the ideological value guidance of college students,such as nourishing the original intention with theory,strengthening grassroots organizational construction,making good use of new media means,and building interactive communication platforms.
