黄炎培教育理念引领下的工匠精神培育思考

摘要
文章采用文献研究法,通过搜集整理该领域参考文献,探究黄炎培教育理念引领下的工匠精神培育路径,并就当前职业教育工匠精神培育不足提出了针对性的策略,认为职业教育工匠精神培育要立足于黄炎培职业教育理念,重视完善政策支持,加大教育资源投入,不断提升学生职业素养.只有让学生真正感悟到工匠精神对自身发展的价值,才能实现学生个性化发展,这对于职业生涯的发展有着极为重要的意义.
Abstract
The article adopts literature research method,collects and organizes references in this field,explores the cultivation path of craftsmanship spirit under the guidance of Huang Yanpei's educational philosophy,and proposes targeted strategies for the insufficient cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in current vocational education.It is believed that the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in vocational education should be based on Huang Yanpei's vocational education philosophy,attach importance to improving policy support,increase investment in educational resources,and continuously improve students'professional literacy.Only by allowing students to truly appreciate the value of craftsmanship spirit for their own development can personalized development be achieved,which is of great significance for the development of their career.
