大数据时代高校学生管理工作创新与策略研究

摘要
随着大数据技术的快速发展,大数据在教育领域应用越来越广泛,大数据应用于高校学生管理工作中,有利于提高高校学生管理工作的效率、推动高校学生管理工作模式的转变、推进高校学生管理工作方式的现代化等.新时代高等院校的教育虽然取得了一定的进步,但在学生管理层面依然存在诸多难题.为此,文章立足当前高校学生管理工作实践,结合当前大数据时代背景,深入剖析如何将大数据和高校学生管理工作有机结合,以期实现对学生科学有效的管理.
Abstract
With the rapid development of big data technology,the application of big data in the field of education is becoming more and more widespread.The application of big data in university student management work is conducive to improving the efficiency of university student management work,promoting the transformation of university student management work mode,and advancing the modernization of university student management work mode.Although higher education institutions have made certain progress in the new era,there are still many difficulties in student management.Therefore,based on the current practice of student management in universities,combined with the background of the current big data era,we will deeply analyze how to organically combine big data with student management in universities,in order to achieve scientific and effective management of students.
