A Study on the Relationship between Hope Quality and Psychological Health of Vocational College Students majoring in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
In order to alleviate the pressure on the daily life,academic performance,and employment of vocational college students majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering,a study was conducted on the relationship between hope quality and psychological health of vocational college students majoring in mechanical and electrical engineering.177 students participated in a questionnaire survey using the Self Rating Health Scale(SRHMS)and the Adult Desire Scale(ADHS)as survey tools.SPSS 21.0 statistical analysis software was used to analyze and study the positive emotions,psychological symptoms and negative emotions,cognitive function,pathway thinking,and motivational thinking of students.It was found that there is a reverse relationship between students'psychological symptoms and negative emotions and pathway thinking,The conclusion that the smaller the pathway thinking of students,the greater the psychological symptoms and negative emotions indicates that in order to solve the problem of psychological symptoms and negative emotions,the main approach should be to start with pathway thinking.By expanding pathway thinking,students can see hope and better control their psychological symptoms and negative emotions.With a positive attitude,they can face difficulties and cope with the challenges faced by vocational mechanical and electrical majors in daily life,and establishing a solid psychological foundation for academic and employment challenges.
