"全周期引导"教学模式下应用型法学人才培养路径探索

新文科建设背景下法学专业人才培养模式需立足新形势下应用型法治人才的需求。传统教学模式下,法学本科教学模式存在课堂形式固化、缺乏课后引导机制、职业能力训练欠缺、学科交叉融合难推进、传统教学评价模式单一等问题,应从创新课程内容、构建O2O课堂环境、构建交叉课程体系、双师同堂教学、课程思政有机融合、多元化综合测评等方面进行教学改革。
Exploration of the Training Path for Applied Legal Talents under the"Full Cycle Guidance"Teaching Model
Under the background of the construction of new liberal arts,the training mode of legal professionals needs to be based on the demand for applied legal talents in the new situation.Under the traditional teaching mode,the undergraduate teaching mode of law has problems such as fixed classroom form,lack of after-school guidance mechanism,lack of vocational ability training,difficulty in promoting interdisciplinary integration,and single traditional teaching evaluation mode.Therefore,teaching reform should be carried out through innovative course content,construction of O2O classroom environment,construction of cross curriculum system,dual teacher teaching,organic integration of course ideology and politics,and diversified comprehensive evaluation.
