Practical Exploration of Professional English Curriculum Reform in Environmental Science and Engineering Major under the Background of"Internet+"
The rapid development of economic globalization has further increased the global demand for talent cultivation.Not only are innovative cutting-edge scientific research papers and technological knowledge mostly written in English,but foreign cooperation communication is also mostly conducted in English.Therefore,how to enhance students'comprehensive practical application ability in professional English and meet the society's demand for international professional talents is a worthwhile research topic in the teaching process of engineering professional English.On the basis of in-depth research on the characteristics and problems of the English curriculum of environmental science and engineering technology,the project team proposed to combine the OBE teaching concept with the education means of"rain classroom"in the context of"Internet plus",and to reconstruct the teaching links of the curriculum,while introducing a diversified assessment system,to comprehensively achieve the teaching objectives of the professional English curriculum and improve the students'comprehensive practical application ability of professional English.
