摘要
师德师风建设是高校思想政治教育工作的重要组成部分,对提升教师综合素质、办好人民满意的大学发挥着至关重要的作用.当前,河南省高校师德师风建设整体呈现出良好态势,但仍然面临失范行为时有发生、氛围营造相对不浓、教育方式有待优化、管理落实有待改善等突出问题.加强和优化河南省高校师德师风建设,要在加大宣传力度、营造良好环境、优化教育方法、细化管理制度等方面下足功夫,全面提升教师的思想政治素质和职业道德水平.
Abstract
The construction of teacher ethics and conduct in universities is an important component of ideological and political education work,which plays a crucial role in improving the comprehensive quality of teachers and running a satisfactory university for the people.At present,the overall construction of teacher ethics and style in universities in Henan Province is showing a good trend,but still faces prominent problems such as irregular behavior,relatively weak atmosphere creation,optimization of education methods,and improvement in management implementation.To strengthen and optimize the construction of teacher ethics and conduct in universities in Henan Province,efforts should be made to increase publicity efforts,create a good environment,optimize educational methods,refine management systems,and comprehensively improve the ideological and political quality and professional ethics of teachers.
