Exploration of Curriculum Diagnosis and Reform Practice Based on the Training Model of General Practitioners in Primary Schools for Rural Teachers——Taking"Elementary Education Foundation"as an Example
The improvement of teaching quality relies on the continuous improvement of teaching courses.This article is based on the training model of primary school general education for rural teachers,and proposes corresponding diagnostic and reform measures in combination with the"Basic Primary Education"course.This article first introduces the basic situation of the course,and combines the 8-word spiral operation to introduce the pre-,during-,and post operation modes of the course.Based on five dimensions:course goal positioning,course design and implementation,course faculty conditions,course resource conditions,and course effectiveness evaluation,32 quality control point modules are compared and corresponding suggestions are proposed in order to provide useful reference for the diagnosis and improvement of professional courses in the future.
