摘要

研究生思想政治教育是高校研究生教育的重要组成部分,提升研究生思想政治教育工作质量,遵循研究生人才培养规律是推进"导学思政"的必然要求.当前研究生思想政治教育面临着诸多挑战,文章基于导学关系的案例分析,探索构建以导师、学生、辅导员多主体协同的"导学思政"育人体系,为高校辅导员探索育人路径提供思路.

Abstract

Graduate ideological and political education is an important component of graduate education in universities.Currently,graduate ideological and political education is facing many challenges.Improving the quality of graduate ideological and political education work and following the laws of graduate talent cultivation are inevitable requirements for promoting"guided learning and ideological and political education".This article is based on a case analysis of the relationship between guidance and education,exploring the construction of a multi subject collaborative"guidance and ideological and political education"system with mentors,students,and counselors,providing ideas for college counselors to explore the path of education.
