摘要

"实验动物学"是一门重要的基础课程,在医科院校普遍开展,其实践性和应用性兼具,主要培养学生的创新思维和实践能力.当前"实验动物学"实验课多采用验证性、重复性实验,难以达到培养复合型和创新型人才的目的.文章基于疾病动物模型构建的综合创新实验教学设计,探讨其具体实践及应用效果,以期为广大高校开展实验动物学实验课程改革提供借鉴和启发.

Abstract

"Experimental Zoology"is an important foundational course,which is widely carried out in medical universities.It has strong practicality and applicability,and it can cultivate students'innovative thinking and practical ability.At present,the experimental course of"Experimental Zoology"mainly adopts confirmatory and repetitive experiments,which is difficult to achieve the purpose of cultivating compound and innovative talents.Based on the comprehensive innovative experimental teaching design of disease animal model,this paper discusses its specific practice and application effect,in order to provide reference and inspiration for the reform of experimental zoology course in universities.
