新工科背景下基于OBE理念的食品安全学课程教学设计与实践

成果导向教育模式(OBE)有别于传统的教学模式.在OBE理念下,教师更加关注学生的学习效果,从以教学内容为驱动力转变为以学习效果为驱动力.文章分析了食品安全学教学中存在的问题,提出将OBE教育理念引入食品安全学课程,并从课堂教学、实践教学和教学评价三个方面阐述了教学改革过程,以进一步提高食品安全学课程的教学质量和人才培养质量,从而适应新工科教育的要求.
The OBE education model originates from European and American education.It is different from the traditional teaching model.Under the OBE concept,teachers are more concerned about the effectiveness of students'learning,and they have changed from being driven by teaching content to being driven by learning results.This paper analyzes the existing problems in teaching,propose to introduce OBE education concept into the food safety course,and elaborate the teaching reform process from three aspects:classroom teaching,practice teaching and teaching evaluation to further improve the teaching quality and talent training quality of food safety course,so as to meet the requirements of new engineering education.
