Exploration and Practice of Cultivating Vocational Abilities for Hearing-impaired Students in Secondary Vocational Schools——Taking the Arts and Crafts major as an example
The article takes the employment problem of hearing-impaired students in the arts and crafts major of Hunan Province's special education secondary vocational schools as the research object,conducts an evaluation of the employment quality of disabled graduates from 2019 to 2021,and identifies the problems in the employment of hearing-impaired students.The article proposes effective measures such as the"3+2"linkage between vocational and secondary education,the"1+2"professional training model of"going out and inviting in",and targeted talent cultivation.It emphasizes the cultivation of students'social adaptability,strives to improve their employment ability to a certain extent,increase their employment opportunities,promote their comprehensive development,and achieve stable employment.
