Exploration of the"3+1"Innovation Model in Vocational College Career Planning
In today's increasingly severe employment situation,career planning for college students plays an important role in promoting their career development.Various universities have carried out a series of career planning activities based on talent cultivation needs and their own realities,but the results are uneven.Based on the eight years of practical experience of Xiamen City Vocational College in carrying out career planning education,this article extracts successful experiences in classroom teaching,after-school practice,final assignments,as well as career consulting and counseling in colleges and universities.It summarizes the"3+1"innovative model and proposes innovative paths for the development of college student career planning education,providing useful reference and inspiration for vocational college career planning education.
