In the new era,talent competition is becoming increasingly fierce,and the effectiveness of mental health education for college students is directly related to their healthy growth and development,and its importance is becoming increasingly prominent.In recent years,universities have continuously explored ways and methods of mental health education for college students,achieving certain results.However,there are still some problems and shortcomings in the actual education process.On the basis of elaborating on the current difficulties in mental health education for college students,this article will propose countermeasures to address the problems and shortcomings,in order to promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of college students.
