摘要

本研究通过对山东省23所本科高校教学质量报告的文本分析,发现当前我国高校学生满意度较高,高校通过测评主体多元化、测评方式多样化等方式了解学生满意度,取得较好效果.但同时学生满意度的测评也存在功利化倾向、流于形式,数据来源简单以及测评方式单一等问题,要提升学生满意度还需从根本上提升教育教学质量、建立学生满意度测评长效机制以及发挥利益相关者的作用等.

Abstract

This study found through text analysis of teaching quality reports from 23 undergraduate universities in Shandong Province that current student satisfaction in Chinese universities is relatively high.Universities have achieved good results in understanding student satisfaction through diversified evaluation subjects and methods.However,at the same time,the evaluation of student satisfaction also has problems such as utilitarianism,formalism,simple data sources,and single evaluation methods.To improve student satisfaction,it is necessary to fundamentally improve the quality of education and teaching,establish a long-term mechanism for student satisfaction evaluation,and leverage the role of stakeholders.
