摘要

新形势下大学生就业创业面临极大挑战,各高校应转变传统创新创业教育模式,积极探索促进就业的方法和思路.文章分析了当前大学毕业生的就业创业现状,提出了就业创业中存在的问题,从社会、家庭、学校和个人四个维度进行了原因分析.结合三全育人教育理念,对大学生就业创业提出了应对举措.以增强大学生的实践和创新能力为中心,让学生能够在学校获得足够的就业创业能力和知识储备,适应社会发展和市场经济的挑战,在毕业后能够灵活利用储备技能解决现实中遇到的实际困难,进而走上职业发展的快车道.

Abstract

Under the new situation,college students face great challenges in employment and entrepreneurship.Universities should transform traditional innovation and entrepreneurship education models and actively explore methods and ideas to promote employment.The article analyzes the current employment and entrepreneurship situation of college graduates,proposes the problems in employment and entrepreneurship,and analyzes the reasons from four dimensions:society,family,school,and individual.Based on the concept of comprehensive education,corresponding measures have been proposed for the employment and entrepreneurship of college students.Focusing on enhancing the practical and innovative abilities of college graduates,we aim to enable them to acquire sufficient employment and entrepreneurial abilities and knowledge reserves in school,adapt to the challenges of social development and market economy,and flexibly utilize their reserve skills to solve practical difficulties encountered in reality after graduation,thereby embarking on the fast track of career development.
