A scientifically effective teaching quality monitoring system is an important guarantee for the quality of undergraduate teaching.In the context of the transformation and development of universities,it is particularly important for application-oriented undergraduate universities to establish and improve their teaching quality monitoring system.By analyzing the requirements of transformation and development for the construction of a teaching quality monitoring system,with student-centered,teacher centered,and continuous improvement as the driving force,a practical plan is proposed to build a five in one teaching quality monitoring system of"culture,standards,system,mechanism,and information".
