人工智能专业产教融合建设探索与实践

随着人工智能从单纯技术向新兴产业的发展,高校产教融合的培养目标已经从单纯培养技术类人才转变为培养综合应用型人才,因而对人工智能专业的建设提出了新的要求。文章以常州大学为例,从人才培养模式、教育教学改革、师资队伍建设、教学资源建设等方面入手,探索产教融合的人工智能专业建设体系,构建"产教融合、同频共振"的协同育人长效机制,形成"五链融汇、五元贯通"的产教融合培养模式。
Exploration and Practice of Major Construction of Artificial Intelligence Integrating Production and Education
With the development of artificial intelligence from simple technology to emerging industries,the training goal of industry education integration in universities has shifted from simply cultivating technical talents to cultivating comprehensive applied talents,thus posing new requirements for the construction of artificial intelligence majors.Taking Changzhou University as an example,this article explores the artificial intelligence professional construction system of industry education integration from the aspects of talent cultivation mode,education and teaching reform,faculty construction,and teaching resource construction.It constructs a long-term collaborative education mechanism of"industry education integration,same frequency resonance",and forms a"five chain integration,five element connection"industry education integration training mode.
