师范生是未来教师队伍的主力军,加强师范生师德教育是落实立德树人根本任务、激活新时代教师队伍改革的动力源泉。文章立足新的时代背景,阐述师范生师德教育的价值意蕴,针对师德教育途径单一化、师德教育氛围不浓厚、师德教育实践效果不佳等现实困境,探索出畅通师德教育渠道,创新教育教学模式、抓好校园主阵地,以文化涵养师德、注重知行合一,强化师德实践等路径,从而切实提升师范生师德教育的成效。
The Value Implication,Realistic Dilemma and Practical Path of Moral Education of Normal Students in the New Era
Normal university students are the main force of the future teachers,and strengthening the moral education of normal university students is the driving force to implement the fundamental task of cultivating morality and activating the reform of teachers in the new era.Based on the new background of The Times,this paper expounds the value implication of teacher ethics education for normal students.In view of the practical difficulties such as the simple way of teacher ethics education,the weak atmosphere of teacher ethics education,and the poor practical effect of teacher ethics education,this paper explores the path of unblocking teacher ethics education,innovating education and teaching mode,grasping the main position of campus,cultivating teacher ethics with culture,focusing on the integration of knowledge and practice,and strengthening teacher ethics practice,so as to enhance the effect of teacher ethics education of normal students.
