新工科背景下工程管理专业智能建造方向课程体系改革

在建筑业数字化转型背景下,高校工程管理专业需要为建筑业培养复合型创新人才,以此推动建筑行业转型升级。文章通过对新工科教育理念和建筑行业人才新需求的分析,从地方应用型高校角度出发,梳理出工程管理专业智能建造方向人才培养的新需求。再依据OBE产出效果理念,设计了"345"课程体系,即"三大基础课程、四阶段实践体系、五大课程平台",打造出符合智能建造理念的新兴工程管理专业课程体系,为地方应用型高校开展工程管理专业智能建造方向的建设和人才培养提供参考。
Reform of the Course System for Intelligent Construction Direction in Engineering Management Major under the Background of Emerging Engineering Education
In the context of digital transformation in the construction industry,engineering management majors in universities need to cultivate composite innovative talents for the construction industry,in order to promote the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.This article analyzes the new concept of engineering education and the new demand for talents in the construction industry,and from the perspective of local applied universities,outlines the new needs for talent cultivation in the intelligent construction direction of engineering management majors.Based on the OBE output effect concept,a"345"course system was designed,which includes"three basic courses,four stage practice system,and five course platforms",to create an emerging engineering management professional course system that conforms to the concept of intelligent construction.This provides reference suggestions for local applied universities to carry out the construction and talent cultivation of intelligent construction in engineering management majors.
