高校学前教育专业学生师德教育问题分析

师德是教师应当遵循的基本职业准则,幼儿园教师职前培养应将师德养成置于重中之重的位置,高校学前教育专业作为当前幼儿园师资培养的前沿阵地,应重视学前教育专业学生的师德培养。然而目前高校学前教育专业学生师德教育中存在诸多现实问题:学生对教师职业道德认知不足、师德教育课程开展频率较低、高校师德教育授课形式单一、高校师德教育开展效果不佳。究其根本,是由于学生受到传统学习观念和教育理念的影响,教师过度依赖传统灌输式教学方法,高校缺乏革新意识和探索精神。因此,改善学前教育专业学生的师德教育不仅要从学生自身进行改进,教师的教学模式和学校的师德教育课程结构体系也都需要加以调整。
Analysis of Teacher Ethics Education Issues for College Students Majoring in Preschool Education
Teacher ethics are the basic professional guidelines that teachers should follow.In the pre service training of kindergarten teachers,the cultivation of teacher ethics should be given top priority.As the forefront of current kindergarten teacher training,the preschool education major in universities should attach great importance to the cultivation of teacher ethics among students majoring in preschool education.However,there are currently many practical problems in the professional ethics education of preschool education students in universities:insufficient understanding of teacher professional ethics among students,low frequency of teacher ethics education courses,single teaching format of teacher ethics education in universities,and poor effectiveness of teacher ethics education in universities.Ultimately,it is due to the influence of traditional learning and educational concepts on students,the excessive reliance of teachers on traditional indoctrination teaching methods,and the lack of innovative and exploratory spirit in universities.Therefore,improving the professional ethics education of preschool education students not only requires improvement from the students themselves,but also adjustments to the teaching mode of teachers and the curriculum structure of school professional ethics education.
