基于闽台合作的物理治疗学应用型创新人才培养模式研究

当前物理治疗人才培养存在课程设置不够合理、标准化病人教学准入率低、社会实践能力与沟通能力有待提高、创新思维和能力培养不足、教学评价模式单一、专业师资不足等诸多问题,限制了人才培养质量的提升。福建中医药大学开展了闽台合作项目,基于WCPT国际认证的教育标准,从构建PT专业七大核心课程模块、率先引入标准化病人进课堂、强化社会实践活动、构建创新发展平台、构建形成性评价全覆盖一体化多元混合教学模式、推动师资团队建设将专业实践融入人才培养全过程,创建并实施以"实践能力""沟通能力""创新思维"培养为核心的物理治疗人才培养新课程体系,为我国物理治疗人才培养提供有益借鉴。
Research on the Training Model of Applied Innovative Talents in Physical Therapy Based on Fujian Taiwan Cooperation
There are many problems in the current physical therapy talent cultivation,such as unreasonable curriculum design,low admission rate of standardized patient teaching,need to improve social practice and communication skills,insufficient cultivation of innovative thinking and abilities,single teaching evaluation mode,and insufficient professional teachers,which limit the improvement of talent cultivation quality.Fuj ian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has launched a Fuj ian Taiwan cooperation project,based on the education standards of WCPT international certification.From constructing the seven core course modules of PT major,introducing standardized patients into the classroom,strengthening social practice activities,building an innovative development platform,constructing a comprehensive and diversified mixed teaching model with formative evaluation,promoting the construction of teacher teams to integrate professional practice into the entire process of talent cultivation,creating and implementing a new curriculum system for physical therapy talent cultivation with"practical ability","communication ability",and"innovative thinking"as the core,it provides useful reference for the cultivation of physical therapy talents in China.
