摘要

随着教育模式的不断革新,项目式教学已成为培养学生创新思维和实践能力的有效途径.作为项目式教学模式的实施者,教师的创新力成为其成功实施的关键.文章从项目式教学模式下教师创新力培养的重要性、存在的问题以及问题解决路径三个方面思考教师创新力培养的方法,旨在为职业学校培养高素质强技能的创新型教师队伍,以促进职业教育教学质量和学生技能的提高.

Abstract

With the continuous innovation of educational models,project-based teaching has become an effective way to cultivate students'innovative thinking and practical abilities.As implementers of project-based teaching models,the innovation of teachers becomes the key to their successful implementation.The article discusses the methods of cultivating teacher innovation in project-based teaching mode from three aspects:the importance,existing problems,and problem-solving paths.The aim is to cultivate a high-quality and skilled innovative teacher team for vocational schools,in order to promote the quality of vocational education and the improvement of student skills.
