Research on the Path of Ideological Guidance and Enhancement in Higher Education Institutions in the New Era——Based on the Construction of"One Stop"Student Communities
Strengthening the ideological and political guidance and cultivating ideal and faith of college students is an important task and major issue in the ideological and political education and research of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities.This study is based on the current practical work of guiding the ideology of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities and the construction of the"One-Stop"student community in the Mingli Community of Tianjin University of Technology.It proposes an effective path to improve the effectiveness of ideologica 1 guidance based on the comprehensive management construction of the"One-Stop"student community,including strengthening the leadership of the Party,building strong grassroots organizations,enriching community activities,uniting social forces,and stimulating students'autonomy,to assist universities in cultivating new talents who can shoulder the heavy responsibility of national rejuvenation.
