Research on Strategies for Improving the Class Management Ability of Normal College Students——Taking the Course of"Class Management and Class Teacher Work"as an Example
Class management ability is an important component of the professional skills of teacher trainees.This study takes the course of class management and class teacher work as an example to explore the problems in the current process of cultivating class management ability of teacher trainees,and proposes corresponding improvement strategies to help students possess stronger class management ability and literacy.
