基于国家水平测试的医学'前2.5"阶段综合考核探究——以厦门医学院为例

临床医学"前2。5阶段"综合考核是厦门医学院基于国家临床医学水平测试的设计理念和考核要点,结合学校医学人才培养方案,推进以能力为向导的医学考试评价改革,对标医学两大国考,以国家执业医师资格考试大纲为蓝本,考题分布、题型设置和站点设计参照国家水平测试,综合评价学生的医学基础理论、临床基本技能、医学人文素养、人际沟通能力等。通过构建创新性的科学考核体系,强化理实一体,进阶性培养学生的临床岗位胜任力,将医学人文根植于其中,致力培育德业兼修的"五术"医学人才。
Exploration of Comprehensive Assessment in the"First 2.5"Stage of Medicine Based on National Level Testing——Take Xiamen Medical College as an example
The comprehensive assessment of the"first 2.5 stages"of clinical medicine is based on the design concept and assessment points of the National Clinical Medicine Proficiency Test at Xiamen Medical College,combined with the school's medical talent training program,to promote the reform of medical examination evaluation guided by abilities.It targets the two major medical exams and is based on the outline of the National Practicing Physician Qualification Examination.The distribution of exam questions,question types,and site design refer to the national level test,comprehensively evaluating students'medical basic theories,clinical basic skills,medical humanities literacy,interpersonal communication skills,etc.By constructing an innovative scientific assessment system,strengthening the integration of theory and practice,and advancing the cultivation of clinical competency,we aim to root medical humanities in it,and strive to cultivate medical talents who possess both moral and practical skills.
