书院制下师范生奖助工作的实施路径

书院制下针对师范生开展奖助工作面临着学科交叉融合和师范生家庭经济困难学生群体绝对数量和比例大的难点。文章结合书院制和师范生的特点,在实际工作中遵循向下保障与向上激励相结合、教师主导和学生主体相契合、事务处理与教育引导相融合的原则,以工作机制规范化、评判标准统一化、覆盖群体最大化、教育引导人本化的工作方法,推动奖助工作的育人功能落到实处。
The Implementation Path of Teacher Education Student Awards and Assistance Work under the Academy System
Under the academy system,the award and assistance work for teacher trainees faces difficulties in interdisciplinary integration and the absolute number and proportion of economically disadvantaged students from teacher trainees.Based on the characteristics of the academy system and teacher trainees,we adhere to the principles of combining downward protection and upward motivation,combining teacher leadership with student participation,and integrating transaction processing with educational guidance in practical work.We use standardized work mechanisms,unified evaluation standards,maximized coverage of groups,and humanized educational guidance to promote the educational function of award and assistance work.
