Exploring the Training Model of Traditional Chinese Medicine Talents under the Background of Modern Vocational Education System Construction and Reform
With the continuous development of the construction and reform of the modem vocational education system,higher requirements have been put forward for the quality of the construction of professional talent training models.Based on the specific requirements of the construction and reform of China's modem vocational education system,this article first introduces the tasks,promotion mechanisms,and important significance of the reform work.Secondly,it analyzes the curr-ent situation and existing problems of China's traditional Chinese medicine talent training mode.Finally,it analyzes the construction ideas of the traditional Chinese medicine talent training mode under the background of the construction and reform of the modern vocational education system,hoping to further improve the quality of traditional Chinese medicine talent training and contribute to the vigorous development of China's traditional Chinese medicine industry.
