摘要

科技作为"第一生产力",人才作为"第一资源",创新作为"第一动力",三个社会主义现代化支撑条件在新时代的有效坚持和实现,都依赖于教育这一基础实现路径.教师是立教之本、兴教之源,师资培育路径的创新成为创新创业教育质量提升的重要环节.文章基于教育改革层面、高校发展层面以及教师成长层面对应的宏观、中观以及微观需求分析,从加强教育理念更新、注重培育供需匹配性、完善绩效考核机制三个方面提出师资培育创新策略,以促进地方高校创新创业教育质量提升.

Abstract

Science and technology as the"first productive force",talent as the"first resource",innovation as the"first power",the effective realization of the three supporting conditions for socialist modernization in the new era all depends on education as the basic realization path.Teachers are the"foundation of education and the source of education".And the innovation of teacher training has become an important link to improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Based on the macro demand for educational reform,the middle view demand of university development,the micro needs for teachers'growth,this paper proposes innovative strategies for teacher training from three aspects:strengthening the renewal of education concepts,focusing on the cultivation of supply and demand matching,and improving the performance evaluation mechanism,so as to promote the high-quality improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship education in local universities.
