Research on the Composition and Evaluation Strategy of Core Literacy of Vocational College Teachers Based on Educational Modernization
The advancement of educational modernization has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation and improvement of core competencies of teachers in vocational colleges.Given that there is currently no unified evaluation system for core competencies of vocational college teachers in China,this study attempts to construct a multi-dimensional evaluation index system for core competencies of vocational college teachers using methods such as AHP,based on a clear understanding of its connotation and element structure.Relevant implementation strategies are proposed to help effectively improve the core competencies of vocational college teachers,strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,and promote the connotative development of teachers.
