中文摘要：导师作为研究生培养过程中的第一责任人,其能力高低直接影响研究生的培养质量.文章基于"五位一体"理念提出的"导研、导学、导言、导行、导心",将导师能力细化为个人能力、课堂教学能力、日常学术指导能力、研究生的学术成果和研究生非学术成果五大部分,应用结构分析法(Availability Dependability Capability,ADC)的可用性、可靠性和指导能力的概念,构建相应的研究生导师能力多维度矩阵,综合全面地反映导师的能力,为进一步提高研究生培养质量提供参考.

外文摘要：As the first responsible person in the graduate training process,the ability of tutors directly affects the quality of graduate students.According to the"five in one"concept of"guide research,guide studying,guide communication,guide behavior,guide psychology",the tutor ability refinement for tutor personal ability,classroom teaching ability,tutor daily academic guidance ability,graduate student academic achievements and graduate student non-academic achievements five part,the introduction of structure analysis(ADC,availability dependability capability)availability,dependability and capability concept,build the corresponding graduate tutor ability multi-dimensional matrix,which comprehensively reflects the ability of the supervisor and provides a reference for further improving the training quality of graduate students.
