As the first responsible person in the graduate training process,the ability of tutors directly affects the quality of graduate students.According to the"five in one"concept of"guide research,guide studying,guide communication,guide behavior,guide psychology",the tutor ability refinement for tutor personal ability,classroom teaching ability,tutor daily academic guidance ability,graduate student academic achievements and graduate student non-academic achievements five part,the introduction of structure analysis(ADC,availability dependability capability)availability,dependability and capability concept,build the corresponding graduate tutor ability multi-dimensional matrix,which comprehensively reflects the ability of the supervisor and provides a reference for further improving the training quality of graduate students.
