摘要

应用型本科高校建设辅导员工作室,要紧紧围绕人才培养目标,积极探索实践育人机制与路径,发挥辅导员工作室的综合育人作用,使辅导员工作室发展成为师生实践共同体、师生共创共同体、师生成长共同体.文章以许昌学院首批辅导员工作室为例,探讨应用型本科高校建设辅导员工作室的内涵目的、存在问题、育人路径和建设实践等,是应用型本科高校育人工作模式和机制路径的新探索.

Abstract

The construction of counselor studios in applied undergraduate universities should closely focus on talent cultivation goals,actively explore practical education mechanisms and paths,and give full play to the comprehensive education role of counselor studios,so as to develop counselor studios into a community of practice,co creation,and growth for teachers and students.This article takes the first batch of counselor studios in Xuchang University as an example to explore the connotation,purpose,existing problems,educational paths,and construction practices of constructing counselor studios in applied undergraduate universities.It is a new exploration of the educational work mode and mechanism path in applied undergraduate universities.
