A Study on the Influence of Psychological Factors of College Students on Teaching Evaluation
Student evaluation of teaching is an important component of the teaching evaluation system in universities.By implementing a student-centered,result oriented,and continuous improvement oriented student evaluation mechanism,it plays a crucial role in improving the teaching management system and comprehensively enhancing talent cultivation capabilities of universities.The article first elaborates on the important significance of conducting teaching evaluation in promoting the improvement of teaching quality,comprehensively testing teaching effectiveness,and effectively regulating teaching direction.Secondly,starting from the primary effect,halo effect,proximate effect,affirmation effect,centricity effect,and conformity effect,it analyzes the influence of psychological factors of college students on teaching evaluation.Finally,it proposes implementation strategies to guide students to carry out teaching evaluation,hoping to help improve the mechanism of college student evaluation and improve the quality of teaching evaluation.
