"全民健康"时代背景下以能力培养为导向的介入放射学教学体系建设探索

介入放射学是一门内科、外科及医学影像学等学科知识交叉内容较多的临床医学应用学科,由于其独特的性质,传统的教学模式下,专业知识吸收转化为职业岗位能力困难,难以满足人才培养需求。基于此,文章在"全民健康"时代背景下,以能力培养为导向,探索介入放射学教学体系改革路径,以期更好地培养和储备实用型介入医学人才,支撑健康中国建设。
Exploring the Construction of Interventional Radiology Teaching System Guided by Ability Cultivation in the Context of"National Health"Era
Interventional radiology is a clinical applied discipline with a wide range of interdisciplinary knowledge,including internal medicine,surgery,and medical imaging.Due to its unique nature,traditional teaching methods make it difficult for students to absorb and transform professional knowledge into professional skills,making it difficult to meet the needs of talent cultivation.Based on this,in the context of the era of"national health",this article explores the reform path of interventional radiology teaching system guided by ability cultivation,in order to better cultivate and reserve practical interventional medical talents and support the construction of a healthy China.
