河南省高等职业教育与经济耦合协调研究

摘要
经济发展是职业教育发展的基础和保障,职业教育为经济发展提供人力和技能支撑,二者具有内在的逻辑自洽.文章利用耦合协调度模型研究发现:河南省高等职业教育与经济发展水平均持续提升,高等职业教育水平由明显落后于经济发展水平,发展为优于经济发展;河南省高等职业教育与经济发展耦合协调由轻度失调发展为良性协调,也由最初的高等职业教育发展受阻实现了两者融合的转变.据此,文章提出持续推进高等职业教育建设、促进产教深度融合、创新职业教育与经济的长效互动机制,保障高等职业教育与经济协同发展.
Abstract
Economic development is the foundation and guarantee for the development of vocational education.Vocational education provides human and skill support for economic development,and the two have an inherent logical consistency.This article uses the coupling coordination model to study and find that the level of higher vocational education and economic development in Henan Province continues to improve,and the level of higher vocational education has developed from significantly lagging behind the level of economic development to being superior to economic development;The coupling coordination between higher vocational education and economic development in Henan Province has evolved from mild imbalance to benign coordination,and has also achieved a transformation from the initial obstruction of higher vocational education development to the integration of the two.Based on this,it is proposed to continuously promote the construction of higher vocational education,promote the deep integration of industry and education,innovate a long-term interactive mechanism between vocational education and the economy,and ensure the coordinated development of higher vocational education and the economy.
