摘要
在创新驱动发展战略背景下,高校成为知识产权信息服务和科技创新的重要资源保障机构,高校知识产权信息服务的质量也体现了高校知识产权保护与运用的成效及科技创新水平.文章以福建省成立知识产权信息服务中心的高校为调查对象,通过调研总结各高校知识产权信息服务的现状,分析存在的问题,并提出相应的优化策略.
Abstract
In the context of the innovation driven development strategy,universities have become important resource guarantee institutions for intellectual property information services and technological innovation.The quality of intellectual property information services in universities also reflects the effectiveness of intellectual property protection and application,as well as the level of technological innovation.The article takes universities in Fujian Province that have established intellectual property information service centers as the research object,summarizes the current situation of intellectual property information services in each university through research,analyzes the existing problems,and proposes corresponding optimization strategies.
