摘要
现代产业学院建设是产教融合中必不可少的重要环节,各高职院校需要迫切抓好现代产业学院的建设问题.然而,当前现代产业学院建设面临合作主体热情不够、合作模式较为单一、合作过程存在风险、合作流程不够规范等问题.文章结合笔者自身教育教学和工作经验等进行反思与总结,并以贵州经贸职业技术学院智慧托育服务产业学院为例,从制度建设、模式探索、红线把握、流程规范等方面提出有效路径,以供同类高职院校参考借鉴.
Abstract
The construction of modern industrial colleges is an essential and important link in the integration of industry and education,and various vocational colleges need to urgently focus on the construction of modern industrial colleges.However,the current construction of modern industrial colleges is facing problems such as insufficient enthusiasm of cooperation subjects,relatively single cooperation models,risks in the cooperation process,and inadequate standardization of cooperation processes.The article reflects and summarizes the author's own education,teaching,and work experience,and takes the Smart Childcare Service Industry College of Guizhou Vocational and Technical College of Economics and Trade as an example to propose effective paths from the aspects of institutional construction,model exploration,red line grasp,process standardization,etc.,for reference and reference by similar vocational colleges.
