摘要
文章以盐城工学院为例,利用R软件对该校学生资助工作进行数据分析,创造性地使用了了解程度、需求比例、参与程度、申请率、覆盖度和通过率等六个参数来评估"四位一体"发展型资助体系在高校的发展现状,以期通过该研究发掘资助工作背后的本质,为高校实现多主体资助体系协同发展提供借鉴,真正实现"解困—育人—成才—回馈"的良性循环.
Abstract
This article takes Yancheng Institute of Technology as an example and uses R software to conduct data analysis on the student funding work of the university.It creatively uses six parameters,including understanding level,demand ratio,participation level,application rate,coverage rate,and pass rate,to evaluate the development status of the"four in one"development oriented funding system in universities.In order to explore the essence behind the funding work through this study,and provide reference for universities to achieve coordinated development of a multi subject funding system,truly realizing a virtuous cycle of"solving difficulties educating talents rewarding".
