文章讨论了高职院校推进"1+X"证书制度的情况和存在的问题,包括试点证书申报通过率偏低、证书报考等级偏低、试点院系发展不平衡等,并提出了加强管理与顶层设计、保证"X"证书的含金量、加强校企合作、积极拓展路径等改进策略,以期更好地推进"1+X"证书制度,培养适应社会发展需求的多元化、应用型人才.
Abstract
The article discusses the situation and existing problems of promoting the"1+X"certificate system in vocational colleges,including the low pass rate of pilot certificate application,low certificate application level,and uneven development of pilot departments.It also proposes improvement strategies such as strengthening management and top-level design,ensuring the value of the"X"certificate,strengthening school enterprise cooperation,and actively expanding paths,in order to better promote the"1+X"certificate system and cultivate diversified and applied talents that meet the needs of social development.
