摘要
专科师范院校在我国教育体系中具有独特的地位,承担着为学前教育和基础教育发展培养师资力量的重大职责使命.立足新发展阶段,专科师范院校要准确把握以"1+X"证书制度推进人才培养模式改革的内涵特征,深刻领会"1+X"证书制度在落实立德树人根本任务、提高人才培养质量和增强学生就业竞争力方面的重要意义,统筹谋划、深化改革,从培养方案、师资、课程、实践和评价等环节探索人才培养模式改革的创新路径,着力培养更多高素质的专业化创新型师范人才.
Abstract
Vocational normal colleges have a unique position in China's education system,undertaking the major responsibility and mission of cultivating teaching staff for the development of preschool education and basic education.Based on the new stage of development,vocational normal colleges should accurately grasp the connotation and characteristics of promoting the reform of talent cultivation mode with the"1+X"certificate system,deeply understand the important significance of the"1+X"certificate system in implementing the fundamental task of cultivating morality,improving the quality of talent cultivation,and enhancing the competitiveness of students in employment.They should plan and deepen reforms comprehensively,explore innovative paths for talent cultivation mode reform from the aspects of training programs,teachers,courses,practice,and evaluation,and focus on cultivating more high-quality professional and innovative normal talents.
