Problems in the Teaching Supervision and Evaluation System of Vocational Colleges and Strategies for Strengthening Operation
The core of constructing a teaching supervision and evaluation system is for the supervisory organization to use various methods of supervision,communication,evaluation,guidance,and motivation in accordance with relevant systems and regulations,in order to understand the implementation of talent training programs,the actual situation of students,and the teaching situation of full-time and part-time teachers,providing a basis for improving the supervision system and enhancing the quality of talent training.However,there are some problems in the operation of the current teaching supervision and evaluation system in vocational colleges,which hinder the effective implementation of supervision work and affect the continuous improvement of teaching quality.The article aims to explore these issues and propose strategies to strengthen the operation of the teaching supervision and evaluation system in vocational colleges.
