摘要

为了提升中小学教师的个人综合素养,使得中小学教师在信息时代以更为专业的信息技术使用能力推动教育建设和改革,需要对中小学教师的数字胜任力培养情况进行全面分析与研究.Web3.0时代的到来,极大地改变了教育的外部环境,使得教育信息化成为中小学教学改革的主要方向.文章通过探讨中小学教师数字胜任力培养的特征演变,进一步分析胜任力培养的现实困境,制订出具有可行性的探索策略,让中小学教师的数字胜任力得到更为全面的培养.

Abstract

In order to enhance the personal comprehensive literacy of primary and secondary school teachers and enable them to have more professional information technology skills to promote education construction and reform in the information age,it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive analysis and research on the cultivation of digital competence among primary and secondary school teachers.The advent of the Web 3.0 era has greatly changed the external environment of education,making educational informatization the main direction of teaching reform in primary and secondary schools.By exploring the evolution of the characteristics of digital competency cultivation for primary and secondary school teachers,further analyzing the practical difficulties in competency cultivation,and formulating feasible path exploration strategies,we aim to comprehensively cultivate the digital competency of primary and secondary school teachers.
