摘要
高校教师考核评价是高校人事管理工作的重要组成部分,考核评价对于激发教师发展内在需求、促进学校高质量发展具有重要作用.目前高校考核评价中还存在考核评价内容不够合理,重科研、重量化倾向,以及考核统筹兼顾、靶向施策的力度不够,评价反馈机制、全员覆盖不充分等问题,考核评价的作用有待进一步提高.据此,高校可以从明确考核导向、压实工作责任,坚持以人为本、优化考核体系,突出执行落实、发挥考核效能,强化结果运用、持续提升治理能力等几方面作出改进.
Abstract
The assessment and evaluation of university teachers is an important component of personnel management in universities.Assessment and evaluation play an important role in stimulating the internal development needs of teachers and promoting high-quality development of schools.At present,there are still problems in the assessment and evaluation of universities,such as insufficient rationality in the content of assessment and evaluation,a tendency to focus on scientific research and weight,insufficient efforts to comprehensively consider and implement targeted policies in assessment,insufficient feedback mechanisms,and full coverage of all staff.The role of assessment and evaluation needs to be further improved.Based on this,universities can make improvements in several aspects,such as clarifying assessment guidance,consolidating work responsibilities,adhering to people-oriented principles,optimizing assessment systems,highlighting implementation,leveraging assessment effectiveness,strengthening the application of results,and continuously improving governance capabilities.
